One of New York City’s most vibrant events, Dance Parade is exactly what it sounds like: over 10,000 dancers, representing over 75 styles of dance, performing down Broadway. I always enjoy attending…and photographing…this wonderful celebration of culture, ethnic pride and dance!

Grammy-winning salsa king Marc Anthony dominated the stage in an electrifying concert to benefit his Maestro Cares foundation, which seeks to develop housing and educational facilities for underprivileged children in Latin America.

Combining James Bond-suave with smooth vocals and sexy salsa moves, Marc started the show with his hit “I Need to Know” and never looked back…much to delight of his screaming fans. It’s easy to see why Marc Anthony is adored worldwide…he DELIVERS onstage with incomparable stage presence, raw emotions and an obvious love for his fans. And he can add this photographer as his newest fan!
